Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled excursion will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the day of the excursion will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
In the event that TropicalCab cancels the excursion, a full refund will be processed and transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.
